Arugula Seeds - Astro - Microgreens Seeds 4oz

Astro Arugula microgreens seeds require no soaking as they are a mucilaginous seed, meaning they form a slight jelly coating on the outside of them when they get wet. This allows the microgreen seed to retain more water in those vital moments of germination. Sow astro arugula seeds in soil on on a microgreens hydroponic growing medium and spray down. Cover for up to two days, checking each day to make sure the seeds are not drying out. Once the arugula seeds have sprouted and the microgreen roots are digging into the medium, place the microgreens tray under growing lights or in a windowsill to allow them to grow into the microgreens you want to eat!
