If your plant arrives damaged, please contact PJ’s Plant Plants and Nutrition within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control, but we strive to package every plant carefully to ensure safe arrival.
